APPROVED VENDOR APPLICATION

Brick and Mortar Venues is currently accepting approved vendor applications for THE SPACE. Invited vendors will be automatically approved once this form is completed and your certificate of insurance is received. Prior to your first event, an in-person training is required. Vendors who did not receive an invitation to apply may submit this form for review and approval.
